Supervision for Beginners - Training Course

About This Course
This course is specifically designed for first line managers to help them recognise the traits that lead to successful supervision. The programme takes individuals through a process that allows them to explore and understand the importance of anti-discriminatory practice in social work

The programme will develop a level of confidence and competence to assist staff to practice in a meaningful and creative way with diverse groups and communities.

Who Should Attend?
The workshop is aimed primarily at those people who work within diverse groups and or provide services to these groups. It has been specifically designed to take into account the current demands of diverse population and globalisation.

The course aims to combine throretical input with experiential exercises to offer Managers the opportunity to enhance and further their supervision practice.

Learning is facilitated using experiential methods and offering alternatives through creative case studies practical exercises relevant to your organisation.
