About This Course
This programme is specifically designed for staff working in social care settings. The course places an emphasis on identifying the requirements of Equality legislation and translates this into providing good, best equality practice in delivering services and managing effective diversity relationships.

The programme takes individuals through a process that allows them to explore and understand the importance of Valuing Difference in Social Care Practice.

This is a one-day programme to introduce staff to the concepts and practice of diversity in social care.
