Inspiring Your Staff to Create Phenomenal Workplaces  - Training Course

About This Course
Ask your self – Are my employees enjoying coming to work everyday? Can we say our organisation has got an environment which oozes harmony, co-operation, understanding and love?

All our relationships are based on the way we communicate with each other. Successful relationships are based on how effectively we communicate our needs, problems, wants, desires etc.

Most employees spend less than half their time at work being genuinely pleased to be at work and this means they are being less productive. For the organisation this can become frustrating and expensive.

Ironically, though, the organisation is usually the major cause of the problem. Almost all employees will be highly productive if they feel valued and empowered.

Who Should Attend?

The workshop gets teams to explore why we go to work and what we as individuals want from our organisation and colleagues. This is done through experiential exercises and large/small discussions and case studies.
