Managing Change and Adapting to New Work Habits - Training Course

About This Course
This course is specifically designed for public service employees that are in process of going through change. Many people are still resentful of how organisational has affected their careers or work habits. Employees need to understand what is going on in the organisation, this programme takes individuals through a process that allows them to explore and understand the importance of change and how their work habits must be reshaped to fit today’s new circumstances.

Who Should Attend?
The workshop is aimed primarily at those people who work within diverse groups and or provide services to these groups. It has been specifically designed to take into account the current demands of diverse population and globalisation.

It will be particularly useful to: -

All levels of employees that are going through change or have recently been through change.

The course aims to combine theoretical input with experiential exercises to offer delegates the opportunity to enhance and further their learning.
