About This Course
This course is both interactive and high paced with a strong focus on managing Equality & Diversity for the benefit of the staff and the patient, and what it means to both parties. It also assists the delegate to explore their own diversity as well as that of others. And learn skills to apply best practice when engaging in them.

The course covers the issues relating to Equal Opportunity policy and practice and how this links into Diversity and avoiding discrimination and how to engage staff in integrating this into the workplace.
